2. To give effect to the intent of the parties taking into account the coming into force of sections 28, 29 and 44 of Chapter 83 of the Statutes of 1990, the agreement attached hereto shall also apply to new drivers who are holders, for a period of 2 years, of a valid licence. That licence has been designated in Québec, since 14 November 1991, under the name of “probationary licence”.
